How to Convert JPG to PDF
AllinOne Editorial · Published 2026-09-08 · Updated 2026-09-16
A PDF of photos is just images placed on pages. You can do that entirely in the browser.
Converting JPG to PDF does not “improve” the photo. It wraps each image in a page so email systems, printers and offices that insist on PDF can open it. Quality is limited by the JPEG you start with.
Steps
- Open the JPG to PDF tool.
- Add one or more JPG files. They stay on your device.
- Reorder pages if needed.
- Download the PDF.
When to compress first
Phone photos are often several megabytes each. A ten-page PDF of those files can be huge. Compress or resize the images first if the PDF is only for email or a form upload.
This site uses pdf-lib in the browser. Encrypted PDFs and server-side OCR are out of scope.

Honest compression: unused objects can drop. Already-optimized scans often will not get smaller — and might grow slightly.
